A: We don’t require any sensitive info. We will need, however, the login info for your present web hosting account and the name of the web site that you would like to transfer.

Q: My present hosting account has delicate data inside. How can I trust you?

Q: Will my web site be unavailable during the transfer?
A: Nope. Your web site will stay reachable online during the transfer. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is modify your domain’s DNS records.

Q: Will my present hosting provider know that I am leaving them?
A: Nah. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

Q: Does it make a difference what platform my current hosting provider is using?
A: Yeah. We support all traditional Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, since we don’t provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
