The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all our cloud website hosting plans, will allow you to forward any e-mail inside the account to another one without difficulty. This can be done either during the creation of a brand new mailbox or whenever you want afterwards in case you choose that you need this function. During the process, you'll be able to decide if you need a duplicate of the e-mails to be maintained on the server. In this way, you'll have a backup and you will avoid the probability to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an outside address, which can be momentarily inaccessible. This option can be enabled and deactivated at any time, and if you use e-mails for crucial matters, it is better to use it, as no records of the email messages are maintained on the server when the option is not enabled. In case you decide that you don't need forwarding anymore, it takes a mouse click to deactivate it.

The feature can be activated and deactivated for each of the mailboxes in your account. You could also activate or deactivate a handy feature that we provide - a copy of the e-mails being relayed through our system can stay on the server. In this way, you will always have a copy of your incoming emails and you'll not have to be worried about losing any information. If you have this option disabled, you risk losing e-mails if there's a problem with the remote mailbox.
